Support Engineer

We are looking for a skillful and responsible DevOps/Cloud expert to design, build and maintain our cloud architecture and infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Enterprise customer facing technical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with query languages, troubleshooting, and system analysis
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills. Including the ability to work with remote customers
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, owning business-critical customer support
  • Excellent spoken & written English

Advantages

  • Experience with a NoSql database ( MongoDB, Elastic, Redis, ComsosDB)
  • Experience with Azure platform and kubernetes concepts
  • Coding experience
